Terms of use
Last updated October 2026
These terms apply to your use of cherrytopmgmt.agency. They are not the management agreement. If we work together, that separate written agreement is what governs our services.
Applications
Filling in the form doesn't make you a client and doesn't commit either of us to anything. Work starts only after we've both signed an agreement.
Age
The application form is for people aged 18 or over. We check age and identity before taking anyone on.
No guaranteed results
The first-30-days plan and the other descriptions on this site explain how we work. They aren't a promise of any level of income or growth. Results differ from page to page.
Independence
Cherry Top Management is an independent agency. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OnlyFans, Fenix International Ltd or any other platform mentioned on this site.
Using the site
Please don't submit false information, attempt to interfere with the site, or reuse its text or design without permission.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses arising from its use.
